DescriptionThe ideal situation would be if the volunteers could come to stay for 2.5 - 3 weeks, so that they would be here for three week-ends. They could lead both week-end birding walks and week-day excursions as well. Any period including 3 consecutive week-ends from mid-May through mid-June would work (i.e., anywhere between the week-ends of 21/22 May through 4/5 June). Volunteers will stay in Refuge bunkhouse and have use of refuge vehicles. Christine Mc Caffery will assist volunteer with the walks and give an orientation to Bethel and birding locales. Travel and some food will be covered by Friends grant.
